The Eaglehawk Cabernet Sauvignon displays attractive spice, mint and berry fruit aromas with a hint of supporting oak. The palate is rich with varietal flavours of blackcurrant and mint, with a soft lingering finish. (Alcohol: 13.5%)  C

The 2002 Yellow Label Cabernet Sauvignon is a rich deep red wine. Aromas of plum and berry drift up from the glass. These scents develop into flavours of rich berry, plum and a subtle touch of oak. This wine follows through with a delicate mouth feel and good length. (Alcohol: 13.6%)  C

20. WOLF BLASS EAGLEHAWK CHARDONNAY £12.95.

The Eaglehawk Chardonnay is mid straw in colour with a vibrant youthful hue. The bouquet is typical of Australian chardonnay with tropical melon and peach characters and subtle oak integration. The palate is medium weight with rich fruit flavours and a backbone of supporting French oak. The finish is crisp, dry and refreshing. (Alcohol: 12.7%)  2

21. WOLF BLASS YELLOW LABEL CHARDONNAY £16.95

The  Wolf Blass Chardonnay is a light straw colour with a hint of pale green in the glass. Summery tropical fruit aromas of melon and peach drift up to the nose and then develop into lively fruit characteristics on the palate. This fruit driven wine is lighter in style and has delicate creamy characters. (Alcohol: 12.5%)   2
