FAQ's

Where are you located?
We are located on the Bentley Bridge Leisure Park complex in Wednesfield and are on the same side of the Leisure park as Chiquito’s and Cineworld. Just look to the left of Cineworld’s giant rolling display- you can’t miss us.

For sat nav owners either type in our post code WV11 1BP or type in Wednesfield Way as the road name and Wednesfield for the town name. Once on Wednesfield Way look out for Pizza Hut and then turn into the Leisure Park Complex at the small roundabout.

There is free car parking for over 500 vehicles and the site is security monitored.

The Leisure Park is well served by local transport as Wolverhamptons main General Hospital (New Cross) is only a few minutes walk away.

We are only 10 minutes drive from the M6.  Exit at Junction 10 and follow the signs for the A454. You will be directed first to Wolverhampton, then Willenhall and finally Bentley Bridge.

Yes, the restaurant has full facilities for the disabled.

Do you have car parking facilities?
Yes, the Bentley Bridge Leisure Park has security monitored free car parking for over 500 vehicles. We also have a number of reserved spaces for Disabled drivers right outside of our front door.

Do you have baby changing facilities ?
Yes, a pull down baby changing facility is available in the disabled WC. Should you run short of nappies, just ask at the bar as we normally hold a small stock. We are also happy to warm bottles or baby food for you.

Is the restaurant child friendly ?
Children are very welcome in the restaurant. This is a family business and we warmly welcome guests who bring their children. We have a number of baby chairs on the premises but would advise that you let us know at the time of booking that you require a chair to avoid disappointment. We also have a separate children’s menu from which you can choose from a range of smaller portion mild Indian or English dishes.

Can we bring our own drinks ?
Unfortunately we don’t allow this. We are fully licensed and can offer a wide variety of wines, spirits, bottled beers, alco-pops and draught beers. Our draught range includes Cobra and Carling. You are also most welcome to enjoy a drink at the bar without dining. We are licensed to serve alcohol with your meal until 2.00am

Do I need to reserve a table ?
If you are planning to come between 7.00pm and 9.30pm or in a large party then it is advisable to reserve a table. We will do our best to honour the booking time but we cannot guarantee it as we don’t  ask our guests who may already be at the table to leave when they have finished their meal.

Do you offer catering ?
Yes, we are happy to prepare large orders for pick up or delivery. We have a range of set menus for both lunch and dinner, please enquire at the restaurant for further details.

We accept all major credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express (their fees are far too high). We have invested in a bluetooth chip and pin credit card machine which means we can come to you to process your payment. Your credit card will always remain clearly in your view. Cheques are also welcome if accompanied by your cheque guarantee card.

Yes we do. We offer a free delivery service to areas within 4 miles of the restaurant and is subject to a minimum order value of £15. We also offer a 20% discount for collection.

No, however for parties larger than 15 we reserve right to add a 15% service charge. We will however inform you of this at the time of booking.

What happens to the tip I leave ?
All of the tips collected during the evening are put in a pot and are shared equally among all of the waiters and waitresses.

Is the meat Halal ?
Our meat is NOT Halal. For a short time we did offer a Halal option but due to the nature of kitchen operations we found that we could not effectively police the separation of Halal and non Halal. For our Muslim guests we are able to offer fish, prawns and a wide range of vegetarian dishes.

Is the food GM free ?
Yes, to the best of our knowledge and under the guidance of our suppliers we don’t use GM products.

Why is your chicken tikka not bright red in colour ?
Yes you are right, our meat and masala sauces are not brightly coloured as you find in a lot of Indian Restaurants, and that’s because we don’t use any artificial colouring in our food. Artificial colours such as Tartazine, Sunset Yellow and Sudan Red have all been linked to hyperactivity in children, allergies, asthma, migraines and even cancer.  We don’t use any artificial flavouring in our food either.

Whats happened to all of the oil in your food
We have minimised the use of oil in our food and use traditional methods of cooking which inherently use less oil in preparation, so you won’t find your dish floating in oil as is common in many other Indian Restaurants.

Are your Naans suitable for Vegetarians ?
All of our naans are egg free and are suitable for vegetarians.

Why does it sometimes take so long for the food to come out ?
As your food is individually and freshly cooked you may find that on busy nights there is sometimes a delay in getting your food.

We don’t as is common in many restaurants prepare the sauces in advance and simply add pre-boiled meat and a few garnishes to make the different dishes. That’s why you may have found that the food in these restaurants taste and look very similar.

We have gone for the ‘fresh and individual’ approach. It takes longer but tastes a whole lot better.

On busy Friday and Saturday nights typical meal preparation times are approx 40 minutes.

When are last orders ?
On Friday and Saturday night, the kitchen will close for orders at midnight. During the rest of the week the kitchen will close at 11.00pm.

Do you have Gift Certificates ?
Yes, we can issue gift certificates in a range of values. The gift certificates can be redeemed for eat in or take out food and beverages from the restaurant.

The music is too loud or too quite
Just let us know and we will be happy to adjust the sound volume. Our aim is to set the music to a comfortable background level only. We don’t want the music to interfere with the enjoyment of the food or hinder any conversations.

Do you have large round tables ?
No, but we can seat up to 30 guests on one long table

Are you able to cater for large parties ?
We have a seating capacity for up to 120 guests. The restaurant can be hired for private parties and functions. We don’t charge  for the hire of the premises and the cost will be determined by the menu selected and the number of guests to be catered for.

Do you offer business accounts ?
Yes, providing companies meets our credit requirements.
